About
Spice |
Spice was founded in 2002 by Polly Palmer and Jane Snelling, both experienced
D&T teachers and formerly Education Managers at the Design Museum. Spice's acclaimed workshops adapt the practices of cutting-edge designers and manufacturers such as Wolff Olins (designers of the Olympic logo), Paul Smith, IDEO and James Dyson, for school pupils, ITE students and teachers.
|

|
Spice specialises in the teaching of relevant and creative design skills, in line with the new National Curriculum guidelines for D&T.

Spice workshops emphasise spontaneous,
creative, experimental design processes supported
by strategies for assessment, satisfaction of exam
criteria, classroom management and differentiation. |
